Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
