We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires travel within a designated territory to meet with clients face-to-face, assess their needs, and offer solutions that best fit their requirements.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers using persuasive sales techniques.
Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Reach out to customer leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to follow up on inquiries and close sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Prepare and submit sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation as necessary.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
