Manage channel partners effectively & expand the network based on performance / targets
Monitor competitor activities in the region & act on management defined strategies to counter the same. Keep higher management informed about it.
Set & Review objectives for order booking & Sales. Develop appropriate sales tactics focusing on technical selling and ensure its implementation in order to increase sales volume of the region
Focus on receivables management, work on obtaining LD waivers, collection of expired BG's, commercial forms etc.
Timely submission of quality reports to HO as per the requirements
