Objectives of this role
· Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year
· Understand the demographics of the territory (State) and devise medical product sales strategies as per the region.
· Build and foster a thriving relationship with Pathology Labs, hospitals, doctors, medical staff and other prospective buyers
· Send Daily Reports to the sales head
· Provide after sales services
· Complaint Handling
· Provide training of the product to the Hospital and Lab staff
Your tasks
· Coordinate and collaborate with medical staff and healthcare providers through regular meetings
· Follow up on potential leads and convert them into clients through presentations, meetings, one-on-ones and workshops
· Up sell and Cross Sell Levram Products
· Market Research of the competitors offerings
· Meet diagnostic sales targets, negotiate contracts, review pharmaceutical sales job performance and draft reports on the same
· Identify top buyers in the product category Hospitals, Chain of labs.
· Increase Primary as well as secondary sales.
· Provide excellent after Sales Service and create Brand Recognition.
· Provide product training to the clients.
· Handling client complaints with patience and finding resolutions.
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Science, nursing or a related discipline or
· Prior experience working as a medical representative or in a similar Sales role
· Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
· Pleasing and presentable personality
· Ability to travel independently and frequently
