Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Customer Service Management.
Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware of the rental returns and the price appreciation
they may get after investing in our properties.
To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, and prepare and implement growth plans.
We expect the highest levels of oral and written communication and excellent presentation skillsfrom our Team
as they are the face of BNM with our customers.
Willing to learn & travel We expect candidates to have a strong desire to learn from all corners including site visits,
client interactions, internal discussions etc. Naturally, the role will involve traveling to site locations for client
meetings and site visits.
Identifying verified Leads, giving presentations & Closing dealsindependently.
Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of salesinquiries, methods, and results.
Support the BD and salesteam with pitch and review presentations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution ofsales strategies.
To manage the entire spectrum of Sales for the companys residential portfolio.
Must Have Skills
Sales Strategy, SalesImplementation, Strategic Sales Planning, Sales Operation, Revenue Maximization, Real
Estate Sales, B2C Sales, Customer Relationships, Business Development, and Team Handling.
Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
