- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to agents.
Ensure adherence to company sales policies and procedures.Customer Service:
Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.
- Ensure that agents provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and take corrective action as needed.
