Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Representative at Delivery Karo. As a Field Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include

Familiar with hiring of Delivery executives/ Field staffs

Excellent organization skills, problem-solving, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team . 1-4 years of recruitment experience for E-commerce industry

• Field Service and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Training experience
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus
