Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with sellers through face-to-face meetings and consultations.
- Drive business development and field marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and advertising ROI.
- Achieve sales targets for sellers on a regular basis.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities.
- Continuously follow up with all sellers, maintaining and onboarding new ones.
Qualifications
- Strong hard-core sales skills.
- Understanding of current market conditions.
- Ability to handle situation-based questions regarding sales and marketing.
Compensation And Benefits
- CTC for RU: 30,500
- Take-Home Salary: 25,500
- Quarterly Bonus: 3,800
- Travel Allowance: Up to 3,000
- Mobile Reimbursement: 500
- Incentives: 3,000
