The company is looking for Feet on Street candidates responsible for hiring of riders
Visit hotspots and meet riders who can join Delhivery
- Explain salary and payment details to the riders and convince them to join Delhivery as a rider
Conduct field activities like poster sticking and pamphlet distribution to generate leads- Help newly joined riders escalate and resolve their challenges for better retention
Keep track of competitor rates and revise partner rates accordingly.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in rider hiring, field sales, mobile network sales, field operations, business development, or offline marketing.
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi
Willingness and ability to continuously do fieldwork- Ability to operate a smartphone
Nice to have:
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication would be an added advantage
* On-the-job training will be provided by the company
