Job Summary:As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting staffing (like, Delivery Associates, Sorter, Van Associates) for our organization. Your responsibilities will include Field Recruitment and placements.

Reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, and in-person meetings to gauge their interest and qualifications.
Review Documents and applications to select a suitable candidate.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates skills, and experience.
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interview feedback & Communication History.
Use tracking systems to manage the recruitment pipeline.
Maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts (mainly supply chain/Logistics).
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure processes.
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a field or remote recruitment capacity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
