Field Recruiter

LoadShare Networks is a technology-driven logistics company based in Bengaluru. Our proprietary technology platform integrates SMEs in the logistics sector to create an asset-light, interconnected logistics network. We handle intracity logistics for food delivery, e-commerce, and grocery, as well as intercity transportation for large enterprises with a focus on part truck load, full truck load, linehaul, and warehousing.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter at LoadShare Networks in Bengaluru. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment events, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

• Recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing skills
• Experience in conducting recruitment events and job fairs
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
