The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and promoting the company's employer brand.

• Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Candidate Screening skills
• Interviewing and Candidate Assessment skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
