Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Recruiter (Blue Collar) at ExcelTech Computers in Bengaluru. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding blue-collar workers. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR

Knowledge of blue-collar job market and recruitment strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Understanding of labor laws and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
