Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
- To ensure Warranty Field Failure rate within target and Cost Analytics & report generation, Example-COPQ ( Excellence in power point presentation & Microsoft Excel)
- To ensure Zero Installation Failure
- Should have knowledge and experience in using 7 qc tools and ensure quick implementation of corrective actions after analytics
- Design Guidelines-Should have knowledge on DFMEA, PFMEA, Process flow
Competencies:
- Should have good communication skills and inter personal skills
- Should be able to manage cross-functional team
- Should have excellent approach to problem solving and working out solutions in a structured way
- Should have Zeal to learn & constantly update technical skills
- Should manage the daily work smartly and prioritise the work assignments in alignment with the organisation goal
- Should be able to generate innovative ideas
- Previous work experience must be from a reputed electronics / home appliance brand.
- Exposure on field visit and customer interactions for understanding the root cause of the failure and environmental conditions.
- Hands on experience in resolving electronics/ electrical issues.
General Requirement:
- Microsoft Power point/Excel for preparing documents of day to day activities
- Should have demonstrated leadership qualities, in getting the things done across the organisation
Skills Critical for the role:
- Experience in Reading and interpretation of engg drawing
- Understanding of Electronics parts and knowledge
- Should have utilised design tools like DFMEA, Tolerance stackup analysis, Why-Why analysis, Fish bone diagram
- Should analyse with statistical & analytical tools ( 7 Qc tools) ,
- Creating the presentations, clearly explaining the identified root cause and corrective actions
- Should have good exposure on part inspection to achieve good quality parts
- Should interact with the design and production teams, to understand the changes in process and put forth the views on feasibility
- Should be able to suggest improvements in the overall process or system, to increase the efficiency of the on work delivery
