Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to join our team at BFSI. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, collecting data, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a junior-level role with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is in Palakkad district, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills -malayalam, eglish
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits to gather data and information
  • Interact with clients and understand their requirements
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage and maintain the database of candidates
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with team members and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Handle administrative tasks related to field operations
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
