As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, collecting data, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a junior-level role with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is in Palakkad district, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills -malayalam, eglish
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems
- Knowledge of the recruitment process is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to gather data and information
- Interact with clients and understand their requirements
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process
- Manage and maintain the database of candidates
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis
