We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Officer Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in sales and be familiar with the Indian job market context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian job market context
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
