Field Officer for housekeeping

Description

We are looking for a Field Officer for housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned properties. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the housekeeping industry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
• Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate parties
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on cleaning activities and staff performance

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the housekeeping industry
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Basic computer skills to prepare and submit reports
