The Field Marketing Specialist will focus on driving our marketing efforts across India markets. You'll be responsible for supporting the build, development, and optimisation of our field marketing programmes to maximize pipeline contribution and revenue across the region. This will include, but isn't limited to, building, executing, and managing all local marketing tactics including campaigns, events (virtual and physical), digital/ social, and ABM, as well as using analytics to measure, refine, and optimize our ongoing performance.
Please note that this will be contract role for a period of 12 months and in this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager, Field Marketing for India (hiring manager), our Sales (Enterprise & Corporate), SDR (Sales Development), and Partner teams to drive multi-channel, customer-centric field marketing motions that help create brand awareness, demand, and new opportunities across our priority accounts within territory.

What You'll Do
- Support and help execute regional-specific marketing plans that underpin the regional sales strategic priorities, in line with global field marketing goals.
- Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities (SQLs), accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen our existing customer relationships.
- Support, build, and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email, direct, digital, and social marketing, and other channels as you see fit.
- Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving MQLs and SQLs for your sales region.
- Use existing martech tools to build and enhance personalized experiences via intent and interest for customers and prospects by applying a data-driven philosophy to your investment decisions.
- Communicate frequently with local and global teams to provide updates, including monitoring and reporting on marketing contribution and ROI across all field-owned activities.
- Support various other marketing projects as needed.
What will you need to have
- A curious mindsetwilling to learn new and enhance existing skills across business systems and martech tools.
- Experience working in partnership with sales teams and revenue-generating teams.
- Experience partnering with internal creative teams and/or agency partners.
- Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
- Ability to establish credibility upwards and cross-functionally to drive collaboration, alignment, and decision-making.
- Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport, set expectations, and drive towards success.
- Experience with martech tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Splash, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), and Survey Monkey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in marketing or related discipline.
- You're fluent in English.
- Must be based in Mumbai or Bengaluru.
- 2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing or demand gen and ABM principles.
- Experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot etc.is a plus but not necessary.
- Knowledge/Experience of 6Sense or other ABM / Intent platforms, as well as ABM principles.
- Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team is a plus.
- Strong Communication skills across written, oral, and presentations.
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
- You're entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment.
- You're creative, innovative, and always think outside the box.
- You're metric-driven and can draw insights from complex marketing data.
- Confident with a dynamic personality.
