Job Description

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to execute demand generation and marketing initiatives across South and West India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing field marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth in these regions. This role will be instrumental in positioning Stenn as a key player in the Indian market by collaborating closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams. This role will report to our head of marketing for India.
Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation programs to drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion in South and West India. This includes email campaigns, webinars, trade shows, digital marketing, and other tactics.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and manage regional events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events, to support Stenn s positioning and customer engagement in these key regions.
  • Campaign Management: Create, localize, and manage marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of South and West Indian markets, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate with industry partners, customers, and influencers in South and West India to enhance brand visibility and create co-marketing opportunities.
  • Content and Messaging: Work with the global marketing team to localize and create content relevant to South and West India, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing programs and campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize initiatives for better results.
  • Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximized ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in the B2B space, with a focus on demand generation.
  • Experience in financial services, trade finance, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns in South and West India.
  • Strong understanding of the South and West Indian business landscape and buyer personas.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, including sales, product, and operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in English and relevant local languages.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
