Job Description
You will execute field marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual to represent our brand at events, trade shows, and community gatherings. You will manage KPIs, reporting, and funnel activities to maximize pipeline generation and conversions. The ideal candidate is creative, and collaborative, and has a proven track record in organizing trade show attendance and demonstrating ROI through event marketing strategies.
What You'll Do:. Physical events/Trade shows:. Create, plan and execute memorable in-person and digital events in the US trade shows, dinners, customer events. Execute end-to-end for your events, including research, design, budgets, venues, negotiation, speakers, execution, reporting, and optimization.
Build and nurture relationships with key executive stakeholders & industry influencers. Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and SQL metrics. Create and develop targeted marketing/field campaigns and programs at scale. Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down.
Maintain regular communication with sales teams, providing updates on new and planned marketing activities at global, and regional levels. Online events (Webinar/Podcast/Summit). Develop and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy aligned with marketing goals and objectives. Identify key topics, themes, speakers and thought leaders that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to plan webinar content. Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote webinars across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. Develop engaging content, including landing pages, email copy, and social media posts, to attract and convert attendees. Utilize data analytics to track and optimize promotional efforts and audience engagement.
Drive marketing-influenced pipeline through webinars, podcasts, and summits. Requirements. Proven experience (1 to 3 years) carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, webinars, online events, attendance, and reporting. Previous experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS marketing is a plus.
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time. Ownership-driven and focused on accountability and delivering results. Metric-driven and can draw insights from data. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
