Job Description:
- Scouting in the Local Area: You are tasked with exploring the local area assigned to you, which likely involves physically visiting neighborhoods or regions to identify potential opportunities for land acquisition or development. This could include meeting with various stakeholders such as landowners, security guards, and other locals who might have information about available land or properties.
- Generating Leads: Your primary objective is to generate leads for potential real estate development projects. This involves actively seeking out opportunities for land acquisition or development by networking with individuals who might have information about available properties.
- Collecting Data from Local Developers: You gather data and information from local developers, which could include market trends, property values, upcoming projects, or potential collaborations. This data helps inform decision-making and strategy for your company's real estate ventures.
- Visiting Plots and Sites: You physically visit plots of land and potential development sites to assess their suitability for your company's objectives. This involves conducting site inspections, evaluating factors such as location, accessibility, zoning regulations, and potential for development.
- Building Relationships with Local Partners: Developing and nurturing relationships with local partners, such as property owners, developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders, is crucial for accessing valuable information and opportunities within the local real estate market.
- Finding Relevant Sites for Company Hoardings: In addition to scouting for land development opportunities, you may also be responsible for identifying suitable locations for company hoardings or advertisements. This involves selecting high-visibility areas that align with your company's marketing and branding objectives.
Overall, your role involves a combination of research, networking, site visits, relationship-building, and strategic decision-making to identify and pursue profitable real estate opportunities for your company.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Fresher / Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles.
2nd P.U.C pass/ Graduate qualification.
Fluency in the local language.
Must have own mode of transportation/commute.
