As a Field Executive at our Background Verification Company, you will play a critical role in conducting on-site visits, collecting information, and verifying the accuracy of provided data for background checks. Key Responsibilities:
Verification Visits:
- Conduct on-site visits to various locations, such as educational institutions, previous employers, and residences, to verify information provided by individuals undergoing background checks.
- Follow a predefined schedule and visit multiple locations as assigned.
Document Collection:
- Gather relevant documents and records during verification visits, such as academic transcripts, employment records, and address proof.
- Ensure that collected documents are accurate, authentic, and meet the company's verification standards.
Interviews and Interactions:
- Engage in professional interviews with references, supervisors, neighbors, and other relevant individuals to verify the accuracy of provided information.
- Record interview responses accurately and comprehensively.
Information Reporting:
- Document findings, observations, and collected data accurately and promptly.
- Input collected information into the company's database or system following the prescribed protocols.
Data Validation:
- Cross-check collected information with existing records and verify the consistency and authenticity of data.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential fraud and report them to the relevant department.
