Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Verification: Conduct in-person visits to various locations such as residences, educational institutions, workplaces, and other relevant places to verify the information provided by the individuals under scrutiny.
- Document Collection: Gather necessary documents and records from different sources, such as educational institutions, employers, and local authorities, to validate the accuracy of the information provided.
- Interviews: Conduct interviews with references, employers, neighbors, and other relevant individuals to verify the authenticity of the information and gather additional insights.
- Photographic Evidence: Capture and document photographs of relevant locations and individuals, as required, to support the verification process.
- Data Recording: Accurately document all gathered information, observations, and findings using prescribed formats and systems.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed and concise reports summarizing the verification process, findings, and any discrepancies identified during the field visits.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and individuals being verified, while respecting their privacy and confidentiality.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent and standardized verification procedures are carried out.
- Timely Execution: Complete assigned verification tasks within specified timeframes to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the collected information, and report any concerns or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Travel: Be prepared for regular travel to various locations within the assigned geographic area to conduct verifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fieldwork, verification, investigations, or similar roles is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data collection and documentation.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, digital cameras, and basic office software for data recording and reporting.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical standards.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable mode of transportation for travel.
