Job Description

Identify and research potential customers.
  • Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
  • Highlight the benefits of products or services and answer questions from clients.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on leads and manage customer accounts.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements, such as price, delivery, and payment terms.
  • Close sales and ensure all customer needs are met.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and product improvements.
Prepare sales reports, including sales forecasts and sales performance analysis.
  • Report regularly to management on sales progress and potential sales opportunities.
Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales campaigns.
  • Share insights and strategies with team members to improve overall sales performance.
Assist customers with post-sales support and address any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and agreements.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, invoices, and other related documentation.
