Roles and Responsibilities:
Visit various types of vendors, including general stores, restaurants, and other local businesses.
Convince vendors to onboard onto the Nextclick app by explaining the benefits and features of the platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure their long-term commitment and satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and understand their needs.
Assist vendors with the onboarding process and provide continuous support to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve monthly targets for vendor acquisition and retention.
Gather feedback from vendors to improve the platform and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with the internal team to address any issues or concerns raised by vendors.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors.
Knowledge of the local market and vendors in the area.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their benefits.
