Will be acting as a point of contact by reporting on the Field (Event Location) on a daily basis
Should possess on time updating and reporting skills
Should be well versed with Marathi and English
Good time management and organizational skills
Liaise and take instructions from the Field Manager, LCB Manager & Brand Manager and execute them accordingly.
Coordinate with the Field Team members to be deployed on the following day and ensure their presence at the venue on time including the in-house as well as Nagpur vendor team.
Ensure Field Team members on the ground follow operational rules such as wearing jackets, using walkie-talkie etc.
Coordinate and manage logistics for the field team including but not limited to arranging travel for local and outstations, food, accommodation, managing and assigning vendors for events, renting equipment etc.
Ensure the team submits a requisition for all equipment to be deployed on ground a day prior to the Inventory team and take acknowledgement.
Create, populate and maintain an active database of vendors and equipment rentals.
Ensure that the field team follows all the operational and functional protocols on the ground and be with the team in a supervisory capacity to oversee the operations and delivery.
Facilitate the testing of equipment in the office and at the venue. Mitigation and resolution i n case of equipment failure or any other kind of technical/operational challenges.
Adherence to operational guidelines for communication on Slack, WhatsApp & Wrike.
Manage petty cash and update finance related information on relevant form and sheets.
Create and update meticulous reports based on pre-existing templates.
