FIELD ENGINEER - PIPELINE: A Pipeline Field Engineer in the oil and gas industry is responsible for overseeing the design, construction, maintenance, and integrity of pipeline systems used to transport oil, gas, and related products. This role involves ensuring that all pipeline activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Develop and review designs for pipeline systems, including route selection, material specifications, and construction methods. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for design purposes. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and material lists. Supervise the construction of pipeline systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Inspect ongoing and completed construction work to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and other engineering disciplines. Resolve design and construction issues as they arise. Conduct stress analysis and other calculations to verify the integrity and safety of pipeline systems. Establish and enforce quality control measures for pipeline works. Review and approve material specifications and construction methods. Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the quality and reliability of pipeline systems. Maintain detailed records of design changes, construction progress, and inspection results
