Job Location: - Nalasopara, Vasai, Boisar, Bhiwandi, Panvel, Raigad

Designation: - Field Engineer / Service Engineer

Rolls: - Off-Rolls.

Department:-Technical Service Support for Solar Batteries, Solar Inverters, Solar Panel, UPS, Batteries.

Educational Qualification: - ITI / Diploma & Degree in Electrical / Electronics / EXTC / Mechanical.

Salary: - Salary in between 15k -20k Net In hand, completely based on interview evaluation process.

Experience: Minimum 01 years of relevant experience.

Job Nature: - Full Time onsite job.

Number of Positions: - 1 No each in above mentioned locations.

Language Known: - English, Marathi (Mandatory) & Hindi.

Working Days: - 6 Days

Mandatory Document: - Driving Licence

Travelling: - Extensive

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
• Understanding customer needs and concerns.
• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Preparing and submitting service reports.
• Participating in the training.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction through NPS score.
• To maintain field TAT as desired by Company.
• To earn Revenue through AMC, OW products and accessories sale.

Qualification & Experience -

• Minimum of ITI / Technical trade (Full time 2 years) passout or similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a field service management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in applicable local language, basic knowledge of English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy.
