Field loan collection is a process that involves the recovery of outstanding debts through face-to-face communication between the debtors and the collection agents.
- 1+ year of experience in debt collection
- Having good knowledge about the geography. Should be able to locate the defaulters address with ease
- Confident and brave personality to approach and work with disagreeable defaulters
- Good Communication Skills, Collection Accuracy & Skip Tracing Skills,
- Visit the Customer address & establish Contact & communicate effectively with debtors & negotiate and debt recovery
- Entering / Updating Visits in digitally in field app & keeping & updating correct records is a must

Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
