Field Collection Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Collection Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of overdue payments from customers. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market context and be familiar with local regulations and laws related to debt collection. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect overdue payments from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activity
• Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are met
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer disputes and issues
• Provide regular reports on collection activity to management

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market context
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to debt collection
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
