About the Role:

AlexaPartners Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Collection Executive to join our team. As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for visiting client locations to collect outstanding payments, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and ensuring the timely collection of dues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations for collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and payments.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation of all collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and collection guidelines.
• Handle any client inquiries or concerns related to the collections process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade or above (Graduates preferred).
• Proven experience in field collections or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with local travel in Mumbai for collection purposes.
