Job Purpose:
The Field Sales Auditor is crucial in verifying connections marked by Sales
Promoters (SPs) through field visits to industries. This role involves planning
visits, informing SPs, and ensuring the accuracy of SPs marked connections.
Job Duties:
Plan field visits in coordination with sales promoters (SPs).
Verifying connections marked by SPs at industries, ensuring their accuracy.
Utilizing company-developed applications for verification.
Collaborating with SPs to ensure the legitimacy of fully or partially marked
connections.
Maintaining detailed records of verified connections.
Identify training needs through performance analysis.
Conduct regular performance analysis, providing constructive feedback and
recognition of achievements.
Collaborate with managers and employees to set personal development goals
that complement organizational objectives.
Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant training and
development opportunities.
Track, Measure, and Manage all the activities related to the sales manager's
fieldwork.
Prepare reports on activities and results regularly as required by the
management.
Required Qualifications:
Education
Degree in sales or marketing or BBM/BBA in administration.
An MBA with a marketing background is acceptable.
Experience
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge
Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
Skills
Basic technical skills for using company applications.
Proficiency in Google Suite documents.
