Responsibilities: Coordination and Installation:
- Coordinate new installations, including facility inspections, instrument validation, and customer training.
Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- User s technical skills
- Biochemistry/assay design
- Experimental design
- Software
- Instruments
Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
- Help maintain and increase product usage.
- Support sales efforts through technical presentations and demonstrations.
Feedback and Development:
- Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams.
- Develop and improve key company processes that support our mission of building a world-class customer support organization.

Preferred Experience:
- At least 2 years of biotech experience.
- Prior field experience supporting customers using sequencing or array technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with next-generation or high-throughput sequencing sample prep technologies and protocols.
- Demonstrated understanding of commonly-used sequencing data analysis software applications.
- Demonstrated bioinformatics expertise and experience with handling and analyzing next-generation sequencing or array data is a huge plus.

- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
