Job Position: FICO Blaze Advisor Developer

Qualification MCA/ B. Tech (Full Time)
Experience: 1 to 5 years in FICO Blaze development
Job Location: Gurgaon and Pune
Technical Skills: Fico Blaze Advisor Version 7.x, RMA, Rule Configuration, SRL, Credit Cards/Banking background will be preferred.
Position Purpose
Configure complex business rules in FICO Blaze Advisor using RMA
Accountabilities
- Understand and review the business requirements.
- Interact with Requirements, Coding, Policy and Testing team to ensure execution of projects.
- Coding new rules, functions, rule flows, decision tables
- Unit testing of rules
- Assist in UAT testing
- Ability to develop and perform analysis that addresses concerns and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent ability to develop partnerships across multiple business and functional areas.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Manage, monitor, and ensure successful completion of all phases of multiple projects, through effective challenge, expedient problem resolution, and controlled change management
