Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.
Provide accurate information about products and services and address any queries or concerns.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions.
Achieve call and sales targets as set by the company.
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
  • Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office.
