  • Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller Intern to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This position is open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience. The Telecaller Intern will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The job offers multiple employment types including Full-Time, Part-Time, Remote, Internship, Contract-To-Hire, and Contract positions.
  • Qualifications and Skills
Must have excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill), both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and resolve their queries.
  • Must possess strong customer service capabilities (Mandatory skill) to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Proficient in phone etiquette (Mandatory skill) to maintain professionalism during calls.
  • Demonstrated sales skills to effectively pitch our services to potential clients.
Strong listening skills to accurately understand and address customer needs.
  • Problem-solving abilities to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and client interactions.
  • Roles and Responsibilities
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to clients in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Generate leads and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up calls.
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain customer records in database systems.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the company's services to potential clients.
Participate in training and development sessions to improve service quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions to enhance customer experience.
