Responsibilities:-
Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by company
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
Making records of all sales phone calls and sales deals
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
Requirements:-
Graduation or equalent required
1+ years of experience as a telecaller, Tele marketer or a similar role in sales department
Expentionala oral and written communication skills
Excellant knowledge in Ms Office, Word,Excel
