Job Title: Customer Service Staff - Location: SLV Coffee Pvt Ltd, Kochi

As a Caf Service Staff member, you will be the face of our caf, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting daily caf operations. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the caf.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide information about menu items, and ensure an overall positive dining experience.Order Preparation:
Accurately prepare and serve food and beverages according to caf standards, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stock Management:
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or issues.
Qualification & Experience: Any Degree,
Previous experience in a caf or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Attitude: Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
