Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Target-Based Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet specific sales targets. You will lead and motivate a sales team, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth through a focused approach to achieving set goals.
Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed predefined sales targets and quotas.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them meet individual and team targets.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Use data to drive performance improvements and make strategic adjustments.Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients to secure sales and repeat business. Address client needs and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Sales Planning: Create detailed sales plans and forecasts based on target goals. Set clear objectives for the sales team and track progress.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new opportunities. Adjust strategies based on market trends and competitive landscape.
Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress towards targets, achievements, and areas for improvement.Collaboration:
Work with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies and to develop targeted promotional activities.Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in meeting targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales management role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
