Female Sales Executive

Go for site visits, acquire new customers and maintain accurate records.Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers. Meet sales target and maintain customer relations. Achieve or exceed sales targets. Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Sufficient knowledge about real estate markets and best practices. Display and market real estate property to possible buyers. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

1.Ability to work independently

2.Excellent interpersonal skills.

3.Strong sales, negotiation and problem solving skills.

4.Must be able to speak with clients in English If needs

5.Candidates with two wheeler will be an added advantage.

6.Minimum 1 year experience in Sales
