Job Description:-We are looking for a dynamic and minimun one year experienced individual to join our team as a telecaller and help drive our continued success. As a professional in telecalling, you will be generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and reaching sales targets. We are seeking a candidate with a proven telecalling track record and a strong skill in building positive relationships with customers.
Initiating cold calls to potential clients to promote our projects
Meeting sales objectives by effectively communicating the features and advantages of our projects.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster long-term connections.
Keeping abreast of project information, pricing, and promotions to provide precise details to customers.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions.
Engaging in follow-up calls to cultivate leads and convert potential customers into actual customers.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum one years of previous experience as a tele caller or in a comparable position.
Strong business communication abilities
-Good Command in English and Hindi
Proficiency with MS word and MS Excel
Capability to manage high-pressure situations and perform well in a fast-paced setting.
