We are seeking a talented and experienced FEMALE HR and Retail Operations Manager to oversee both human resources functions and retail operations within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR principles, retail management practices, and a passion for driving business success through effective people management and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources management and retail operations in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply principles in a retail setting.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and customer service goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
