- Welcoming visitors and clients with a positive and professional attitude
- Handling incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and orderly
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining records
- Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as assigned
