Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
  • Ensure customer interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Track and report on common customer issues and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and personal performance.

Pay: 12,
  • 00 - 17,000.00 per month
