Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Ensure customer interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Track and report on common customer issues and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.- Adhere to company standards and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and personal performance.
