Required Skills & Qualifications: -
Proven experience as a call centre team leader or similar supervisory role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in call centre technology and performance tracking systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education & Experience: -
Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in a call centre environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Experience in the International Call centre will be an add-on.
Day Rotational Shift 5 Days working.
