Job Overview:
As a Client Service Executive, your primary role will be to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.**Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs and objectives, propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Concept development based on client requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
2.**Service Delivery:
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
3.**Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve client issues and complaints, aiming for quick resolution and client satisfaction.
- Escalate issues as needed to appropriate internal departments and ensure follow-up until resolved.
4.**Client Training and Onboarding:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and understanding of services offered.
- Provide training sessions or resources to clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our services.
5.**Client Feedback and Reporting:
- Gather client feedback and insights to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and service for management review.
6.**Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Client Service Executive or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
HIGH ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICENCY

Working Conditions:
