We are seeking a professional, high-energy Bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
Assess customers needs and preferences to make recommendations.
- Plan and present the bar menu.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and management.
Proven working experience as a Bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Knowledge of craft beers, wine, and classic cocktails.- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Relevant training certificates (e.g., Mixology courses) are a plus.
