We are seeking a dedicated and organized Female Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various back-office tasks, client follow-ups, cold calling, maintaining client status records, supporting HR activities, and managing the front desk. The candidate should be soft-spoken, possess excellent English communication skills, and be proficient in using computers.
Manage day-to-day back office tasks and administrative duties.
Handle client follow-ups, cold calls, and regular communication to ensure excellent customer service.
Keep accurate and updated records of all client interactions and statuses.
Assist HR with various tasks, including recruitment coordination and maintaining employee records.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
Maintain a well-organized filing system, both electronically and in hard copy.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support the team in handling daily office operations and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Female candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic computer applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and ability to handle clients with a polite and professional approach.
Previous experience in client handling, cold calling, and follow-up is preferred.
