- Good customer service skill and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries that they might have during the phone conversations regarding Up-skilling programs.
- Assisting students in course selection as well as scheduling the classes
- Students fee collection & updating.
- Responsible for the maintenance of proper database of students & updating of sales figures from time to time.
- Fast learner and passion for sales and target-oriented.
- Self motivated with a results driven approach
- Responsible for timely reporting to managers.
- Requirements:
The candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with excellent communication and customer care skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in students counselling and sales.
