This position would require the candidate to have strong analytical thinking, writing and interpersonal communication skills. The candidate should have experience working with research-based organization/s or implementation-based developmental organization/s. The candidate should exhibit written and verbal communication proficiency, and present complex findings comprehensibly. The candidate should also possess strong problem-solving skills, adhere to research ethics, be adaptable, and be committed to continuous learning.
Roles and Responsibilities - Coordinate developing and managing knowledge and communications materials, such as articles, learning documents. Producing learning briefs, reports, and other written and digital communications.
- Research entailing both secondary and primary data from a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Analyse data and compile reports based on project requirements. Support the team in data interpretation to convey key insights and strategies towards future actions with practical solutions.
Requirements
- Between 1-2 years of working experience in social development sector.
- Good analytical skills to interpret data to derive insights and reports
- Fluency in oral and written English. Proficiency in other languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Odiya, Assamese, Mizo, will be an added advantage
- Willingness to participate in field activities/surveys and travel to remote areas
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
